The Hurricane Valley Chamber of Commerce is a nonprofit organization formed to give business people a vehicle through which they can work to improve the livability of their community and the activity of their market. Its concerns are for the total community, but it is primarily responsible to the business and professional community for whom it serves as a spokesperson and advocate. The Hurricane Valley Chamber of Commerce recognizes the need to direct attention and concern to all factors of community makeup, social as well as economic. The rapid transformation affecting our social, political and economical existence emphasizes the need for coordination of natural and human resources in a viable community organization.
The Hurricane Valley Chamber of Commerce has been that organization since it was formed in 1974. With varying degrees of success, the organization has proven its adaptability in identifying and solving community problems. THE CHAMBER IS:
VISION The Hurricane Valley Chamber of Commerce, a business organization, makes and maintains Hurricane Valley as the most livable community in the United States. MISSION The Hurricane Valley Chamber of Commerce is a membership organization which will develop and support an economic, political, and social climate favorable for business by providing an environment to help small and large businesses grow, improving key elements of our community infrastructure and responding to our members' needs.
